Our products can be ordered and shipped anywhere in the world. All international orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. Yez Racing does not guarantee proper fitment for foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Yez Racing are made for the Australian domestic market. For international orders we only accept direct bank transfers. All orders outside of Australia must be paid in full before any orders will be processed.
All our international shipping is done via Australia Post’s Standard International Post method – this takes at least 6 buisness days depending on the destination. Insurance may be purchased for your shipment upon request, Yez Racing is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once your package has left Australia without full insurance cover.
Lost or damaged insurance claims may be made through us (Yez Racing) acting as a third party between the buyer & Australia Post. The amount awarded will be based on the amount of insurance purchased not necessarily the value of goods and is solely at the discretion of the Australia Post. Once your item has left Australia we have no control over this process so it may take from 30 to 60 days for a claim to be resolved.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and other Fees
Depending on the country and the customs agency, some international shipping destinations may incur duties and or taxes. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over as it varies with each country. We do not collect or distribute any of these potential charges. Ultimately it is up to the customs agency in your country as to whether you have incurred any fees and how much they may be. We encourage our customers to check with their local agency regarding any potential fees.
